FEE PAYMENT

Coes are payable on or before 30th March in respect of forthcoming academic year by post dated cheques dated 10th April, 10th May, 10 August, 10th November and 10th February. Only local cheques are accepted. if any cheque be dishonoured, dishonour charges of Rs. 250 per cheque will be immediately payable along with the amount of the fee Payment of the late payment. the Account office.

LATE PAYMENT

  1. From 11th-15th of the paying month ----- Rs. 10/2. From 16th-31st of the paying month ----- Rs. 25/3. After the 31st of paying month ----- Rs. 50/

WITHDRAWALS One calendar month's clear notice in writing or one month's fee in lieu thereof is required for the withdrawal of a child from the School. If the notice for withdrawal is given in the first month of the last quarter, the fee for the full quarter will be charged. Admission fee is not refundable in any case.

Three month's notice is must for withdrawal of bus facility. Transfer Certificate will be issued only after the settlement of all school dues.

GENERAL DAMAGES

For any deliberate damage to furniture/fixture or laboratory equipment the defaulter will have to pay the actual cost furniture/fixture or laboratory equipment, plus 10% of the cost as penalty.

ADMISSIONS

Admissions are open to all without any consideration of caste, colour or creed subject to availability of seats. Students who are seeking admission to class I and must equally qualify at the Preliminary written test and/or interview.

NOTE: Management reserves the right of admission. pecial attention should be paid to enter the correct name and Date of Birth or the child. NO subsequent change in the date of birth/name will be permitted.

following documents. a) Date of Birth Certificate produced from the local Authority / Village

Pradhan/Service Record as the case may be. D) I. C. If the child is coming from a recognized school. It should also indicate total

the middle of the session. C) Aadhar Card - A copy of Aadhar card of student. Father and Mother should be

produced at the time of admission.

HOUSE SYSTEM

The school has four Houses namely AMBER, CORAL, EMERALD. SAPPHIRE Every student of class I to XI on admission, is placed in one of these Houses.

Each house is led by two students known as House captain and Vice captain. A member of staff, assisted by several other teachers, act as the Incharge/House warden. Points are awarded throughout the year for Cultural activities, academics games, sports, discipline and others.

At the end of the year, House gaining the highest number of points is awarded by the Running Trophy.

inter House competitions are organized in various activities like Games & sports,

matics. Elocution, Debate, Quiz, Art, Music etc. It is important for every student to participate in these competitions for an all round Personality

development

SCHOOL TRANSPORT

The School Provides the transport facility to its students as per the existing routes.||

Students can avail the school transport facility. The bus routes are drawn out and the parents should contact the school transport incharge for necessary details. Every child using the bus will have to pay the charge for eleven calender months.

The bus service once availed cannot be discontinued by the child without any valid reason. The parents are required to take the written permission from the Principal. No refund in any case will be made.

BUS RULES

  1. All students using the school bus facility are expected to be at their bus stop atleast five minutes before the arrival time of the bus.
  1. Buses will not wait for the late comers.
  2. Children should stay away from the main road until the bus arrives.
  3. The front door of the bus is the only authorized for entrance and exit.
  4. The drivers are authorized to stop buses at designated stops only, unless directed by the teacher on bus duty, The list of stops is prepared keeping in view the convenience and safety of all the bus commuters and if required, it is also subject to change. 6. There shall be no standing on the foot rest of the bus.
  1. When the bus is in motion, the students must not move around and no part of the body should be outside the bus window.
  1. Object of any kind must not be thrown in or out of the bus.
  2. The students are advised not to cause any damage to the bus.

10.Unruly behavior (shrieking, shouting or whistling) is strictly prohibited. Courteous behavior is expected by everyone at all times.

  1. The driver's attention must not be distracted/diverted by student's unruly and offensive behavior.
  2. The bus incharges and the bus monitors are responsible for maintaining discipline in the buses. Any serious offence must be brought to the notice of the Principal.

GUIDELINES FOR PARENTS

All parents are required to impart Health Education to their children so that they:
1. Maintain personal hygiene like trimming of nails, regular hair cut and being neat on a
regular basis.
2. Students should exercise regularly.
3. Sleep for at least seven hours daily.
4. Have a nutritionally balanced diet.
5. Drink water which is either boiled or filtered.
6. Avoid consumption of ice-creams, other milk products and eatables from road side
vendors.
7. Deworm all children at least once every year. Advice to be taken from their family
physician.
8. Get dental and ophthalmic check up done once every year by a Dental surgeon and
Ophthalmologist.
9. Immunise all children as per schedule given below.
a) BCG
b) DPT
Oral Polio (to be completed before entry to school) Measles/MMR DT - 5 years of age Tetanus - Booster dose to be given between 7-16 years of age and also to be given if
injured. g) Typhoid (Once every year preferably) h) Cholera (in the month of March) 1) Hepatitis-B
j) Meningitis
10 If there is any person suffering from any infectious disease at your home please report
the fact to the Principal at once and take necessary precaution to avoid spreading of
infection.
11 Students suffering from disease such as Chicken Pox, Cholera, Measles, Mumps
Whooping-Cough and Jaundice must observe the Prescribed period of Quarantine
mentioned under the heading "Absence" in the Diary (Almanac)
12 Students suffering from infectious diseases like Conjunctivitis, Drmatitis, Scabies etc.
should not be sent to school.
13 Students suffering from chronic diseases like Asthma, Epilepsy, Rheumatic heart
disease etc., are advised to be under continuous Medical supervision of a specialist Doctor. History of their illness must be filled up in the Diary along with the treatment being taken.
